Builder cannot deploy nor download scenes from the Scene Pool

Steps to reproduce:
1. log into metamask and select a wallet that has rights to deploy to land (either as owner, manager or operator).
2. Log into Builder
3. (To prove that you can deploy your own scenes to some land with this wallet, create or open one of your own scenes in Editor, hit Publish, and see that you could place it on the map where you have deployment rights as indicated in red.)
4. Now go back and select a scene from the scene pool
5. Look for "Open in Editor", or "Publish" or "Download" controls, // none found.
6. Look for help widget in Builder to take you to Builder instructions // none found
7. Search the Decentraland Docs for scene pool or builder instructions about this, // none found
