Description
> Note: Private conversations will require implementation in Bevy.
- Show the user list when clicking the user icon in the Nearby Chat
- Highlight users on hover
- Display user status (AFK or not):
- AFK: no movement for 10+ seconds or no messages for 60+ seconds
- Support multiple private conversations
