Logging out of Netlify CMS requires doing so twice

**Describe the bug**
The logout button returns the user to the CMS, and only returns them to the login page after the second use.

**To Reproduce**
1. Click Logout in Netlify CMS

**Expected behavior**
The user should be logged out and land on the Login page.
