Help users to remember to change status of the page otherwise pull request won't be created

Hi guys,

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

- As a user
- After making changes and **Save** a page using Netlify CMS
- I want to be informed, reminded that I have to click **Set Status** and select **In Review**, otherwise my pull request won't be created.


**Describe the solution you'd like**

I'm not sure what is the best solution. I thought about a couple of things, for after the user click **Save** and is finished with their changes.

1. Make the **Set Status** button standout to call the user's attention: maybe highlight it, make it blink, put a red square under it :)
2. Add one more sentence to 'Entry saved' pop up message:
3. Add a tip in the UI, to tell/remind the user do change status.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

We've created a contribution guidelines, we've given workshops, recorded videos, always showing the user how to this but 100% of feedback we get is that this is not intuitive (and I agree with them), and easy to miss, to forget.
