Demo application to do consistent replication of database [DBZ-5498]

As of today we don't have sample application to consistently replicate state between mysql and other db. although this is documented at some places in some shape or form having a standardised solution would make like easier for many developers.

h2. Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

onboarding on new clients will become easier as there would be a standard implementation to look into. This is specially important as consistency is tough to get it write and bugs are difficult to reproduce and fix.

we can have sample kstream based implementation, which can serve as a go to place for anyone who is trying to solve the same problem.

Done should be a standard application that consistently replicates MySQL state to another database.
