Description
Migrated from [DBZ-5297](https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-5297)
When the release is executed few manual tasks must be completed.
It is better to send an email to the person initiating the build to remind him about the tasks.
If email is problematic then at least a big banner a the end of log would help too.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by locating the release execution flow and the post-release manual task list, then determine how the build initiator can be identified and notified. Done means the release process reliably reminds that person by email, or clearly displays the tasks at the end of the log.
