Let's create a [template for pull requests|https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository] against the different Debezium repos. It should be as light-weight as possible, probably containing not much more than that:
- A link the [contribution guide|https://github.com/debezium/debezium/blob/main/CONTRIBUTE.md]
- Perhaps point out key things to consider (commit message format, formatter must have ran)
- A basic check box list: tests, documentation updated, change log notes provided (if applicable), license checked (after major dependency updates)
