Description

Migrated from [DBZ-2102](https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-2102)

Azure's managed Postgres service recently rolled out support for logical decoding (via the wal2json, pgoutput plug-ins). Show how Debezium can be used there, perhaps with Kafka and Connect running on AKS.

Research direction

The issue names Azure managed Postgres, the wal2json and pgoutput plug-ins, Kafka and Connect on AKS, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the repository's existing demo or documentation structure and determine the scope of a working example; done means documenting how to run Debezium with this managed Postgres setup.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
