Migrated from [DBZ-9669](https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-9669)
Added support in Debezium Informix Connector to execute incremental snapshots
on a secondary database instance instead of the primary.
This helps in offloading snapshot load from the production database
and improves performance for large data sets.
