Do we need to start the ASN Agent in case of DB2 server down ?
Based on the [install step |https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_build_of_debezium/2.5.4/html/debezium_user_guide/debezium-connector-for-db2#configuring-db2-tables-for-change-data-capture], the behaviour expected is to start the ASN Agent in case of DB server down."
Could you please confirm the above ?
