Migrated from [DBZ-9211](https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-9211)
We can currently use a single surrogate key column when performing an incremental snapshot on a table without a primary key. As discussed [here|https://debezium.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/348250-community-oracle/topic/Incremental.20snapshot.20without.20primary.20key/near/526870551], the community would like to see multi-surrogate key support added.
