Target alignment issue on Android

On Android, when you drag an item from the middle of a long list to the bottom and then back up, the open slot no longer lines up with the image of the active item.

This is demonstrated in the Sortable example app.

Start with the Sortable example app and reproduce dragging an item from the middle of a long list to the bottom and back up on Android. Investigate where the open slot and active item's image are aligned; done means they remain aligned through this sequence.
