Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
From time to time, media player detection would get stuck. Discord status would show the end of the song at max progress without moving on to the next song. Kizzy's notification would remain on the previous song whereas music player itself has moved on.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
A check to auto restart the detection process if the current playing media isn't matching up with Kizzy's media status.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
At the moment I have to check my status from time to time and force restart Kizzy's process when it's stuck.
Unless there's another way to ensure better consistency when switching tracks?

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing media player detection and the Kizzy media status update path, then reproduce a track change where detection becomes stuck. Done means the detection process recovers automatically when the current media no longer matches Kizzy's status.
