Powder coating the bars

We should probably repaint the bars on the ITG machine. This would be done by powder coating them. Some details:
- costs $25 to $100 per bar
- need to select color (probably either keep them red or pain them orange and blue)
- easiest place to go is automative paint and performance parts shops
- not all places to powder coating, but they’ll usually advertise if they do
- these places coat oddly shaped things for tough environments, so they usually have longetivity and are good quality
