Description

Hello DDD Crew,
I saw Brazilian Portuguese language PR and thought it would be nice to have a Persian version as well, I am using the same format as Brazilian for this proposal.

I would like to contribute a Persian (fa-IR) translation of the Context Mapping documentation.

This repository provides an accessible overview of context map team relationships and patterns, including practical guidance, a cheat sheet, and a Miro starter kit. A Persian version could make these strategic Domain-Driven Design concepts more accessible to the Persian-speaking DDD community.

Proposed scope

The initial contribution would include:

a Persian translation of the main README.md;
a link to the fa-IR version in the main README;
reuse of the existing visual resources and Miro board backup without modification;
preservation of the original English labels in parentheses whenever they correspond to text displayed inside the diagrams, cheat sheet, or starter kit;
preservation of the original attribution and source links for excerpts from the DDD Reference.
The proposed directory structure is:

translations/fa-IR/README.md
Terminology approach

Official names such as Context Mapping, Domain-Driven Design, Context Mapper, Team Topologies, and Wardley Mapping would be preserved.

Visual and editable resources

This first contribution would reuse the existing diagrams, Context Map Cheat Sheet, Miro starter kit image, and Miro board backup, which would remain in English.

The translated README would include a note explaining this approach. When necessary, the English labels used in the visual resources would appear in parentheses next to their Portuguese equivalents so readers can correlate the documentation with the original materials.

Keeping the first contribution focused on textual localization avoids introducing unverified changes to the cheat sheet and Miro resources. Translated visual resources could be considered separately in a future contribution.

Thank you for maintaining and sharing this resource.

Research direction

Start with the existing README.md and the Brazilian Portuguese translation format referenced in the issue. Add translations/fa-IR/README.md and link it from the main README, while preserving English diagram labels, visual resources, attribution, and source links; done means the scoped documentation is translated and the new link works.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
