Research direction
Start by reproducing the Build > App-Android/iOS - Cloud Packaging flow with a verified Global account, using iOS Release Standard Mode. Inspect the HBuilderX log entries for service server return 1002 and test the service.dcloud.net.cn response alongside the successful history view and local compilation. Done means establishing whether the failure is a service outage or account/AppID restriction and recording the confirmed behavior.
