Apologies if this is not the correct place to ask this question, I'm just not sure where I can get help.
# Issue
I am trying to log into the Dcloud online environment to build a UniApp provided externally to me. I have setup an account and reset my password multiple times but it still doesn't allow me to log in. Do I need to request permission from someone to be able to log in?
Any help would be appreciated.
