Description

We should mark up the speaker and talk title. This makes it easier to pull out a bite-sized summary of the next meeting (for Twitter/IRC).

Maybe also a filter for @twitter handles to save typos.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the website templates or markup that represents speakers and talk titles, then check how meeting summaries are assembled or extracted. Done means speakers and titles have consistent markup, with the proposed Twitter-handle filtering clarified and covered if it is included.
