Which dbt adapters do or don't support transactions?

### What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

I'm not sure if this is fully up-to-date or not:

> Important note: Do not use this syntax if you are using a database where dbt does not support transactions. This includes databases like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Spark or Databricks.

Maybe whether or not an adapter supports transactions could be something we'd add to pages like [this](https://docs.getdbt.com/reference/resource-configs/postgres-configs)?
