Add a section within the page for dbt-spark for the `tblproperties` config similar (or identical?) to [here](https://docs.getdbt.com/reference/resource-configs/databricks-configs#setting-table-properties) for dbt-databricks.

I believe this was added in dbt-spark within https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-spark/pull/848.

It could be useful information for issues like https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-spark/issues/1085.
