### Short description

Once Okta is connected anyone in the org will be able to log in but I dont think they get immediately added. So some up front work can be done to add the users we know will be trying the product to their respective teams.

### Acceptance criteria

- [ ] Invite a subset of users
- [ ] Assign Admins (@colin-rogers-dbt, @emmyoop, someone with org level admin access)
- [ ] assign users to teams
- Adapters - Mike & Colin
- Core - Emily, Quigley, Kshitij
- Community - Doug
- Semantic Layer - Tom & ?
- Package Maintainers - Doug
