[v2 Bug] Could not load fusion-produced manifest

### Is this a new bug in dbt v2.x compared to the latest version of dbt 1.x?

- [x] I believe this is a new bug in dbt v2.x
- [x] I have searched the existing issues and could not find a duplicate

### Current Behavior

I'm on versions:
```
dbt-core==1.12.3
dbt-databricks==1.12.5
```

I tried the v2 parser and now I get this failure "Could not load fusion-produced manifest"

That temp folder mentioned in the error is gone as soon as the command is complete so how do I figure out which model this error is related to?

### Expected Behavior

It shouldn't fail.

### Steps To Reproduce

Run a `dbt parse` and I get:
