[Feature] tell me where yaml and configs for a given model is set

Feature request from @joellabes:
- tell me where the yaml file for a given model lives
- tell me where a config for a given model is set (inline? inherited from `dbt_project.yml`)

Perhaps this could be an expansion of the existing `dbt list` command, similar to `ls -l`
