[Docs] Uninstall instructions

### Problem

The readme has installation instructions.
But it does not have uninstall instructions.

### Proposed solution

Add uninstall instructions like this for Claude Code:

```
/plugin marketplace remove dbt-agent-marketplace
```

Then restart Claude code and see this stuff is no longer listed under `/skills`
