Description

How can I see what users are currently opted in? I opt out some users when they're on holidays etc but I'd like to see who's currently included in these meetings, is that possible?

Maybe an API + a tool/command line way to get the info? A .cvs extension to the API that exports the data as CSV?

Research direction

Start by reviewing how the bot currently records opt-in and opt-out status, then inspect the available API and command-line entry points mentioned in the issue. Done means admins can identify users currently included in meetings, with a defined approach for API or command-line access and CSV export.
