Description

Having trouble getting their engineering team to come to the office earlier than 11am. Their productivity/ throughput is not a problem. We may be worried about how the empty desks before 11am impact the culture.

  • Should this even be something that the founder should be concerned about given that the team output is strong?
  • Any advice for managing/motivating a team to come in earlier while still making them feel autonomous and inspired?
