Description

I would also love to see a blog on how to become a successful CTO. At the core, should a CTO be a hard core techie ? or a business leader (70%) with passion for technology (30%) ? or a business leader (70% ) with just enough skills to develop a working prototype (30%) ? What are the core qualities and good to have qualities to be a CTO ? What suggestions do you have for someone who aspires to empower businesses with technology just like a CTO like yourself does ? May be explaining your success story from being a great engineer to taking over leadership roles; the mindset you had since you were a developer and how you have transitioned to leadership roles..

Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point and has had no recent activity. Review the repository’s existing blog structure and contribution guidance, then confirm with the maintainer whether this broad topic is still wanted. Done would require an agreed article addressing the requested CTO qualities, career transition, and guidance.
