Description
As in "working with an agency" as opposed to an "internal product team"? IMHO it's pretty straightforward: the agency's goals are to maximize number of hours billed to the client, which is often at odds with your goals of building a product. I would use an agency if I cannot hire a team (don't have money, can't find the skills needed for the money i have), or if I want to develop a throw-away prototype.
