How to make sure you don't say something you're not supposed to in an interview?
Always check in with comms/management/whatever before.
I try to speak on behalf of myself as much as possible, be very careful speaking on behalf of the company. So things like "My experience was, ... this is how I lived it.". And of course only speak about things I actually really know about.
