Description
I saw your video with Michael Bachman, it's interesting that you're back in management.
I would like to hear common mistakes in management, especially those engineers who are trying to become managers from IС for the first time. Maybe your mistakes that you realized. (if you had them, of course :) )
I was just a team lead in a local company in Kazakhstan for a little over a year, now I'm going back to IC (Yandex, maybe you've heard about this company) and I realized that I made quite a lot of mistakes. Maybe it will be useful to know, maybe I'll see myself in common mistakes.
