Collapse Component Physical Ports makes edges dissapear

### Description
The `Collapse Component Physical Ports` option in filters makes the edges connecting the ports vanish from the diagram rendered by py-capellambse. These edges are still shown in Capella.

### Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Physical Architecture Diagram in Capella

2. Click on `Collapse Component Physical Ports` in the filter section:
