Add shortcut-button to spawn a read-only session from model details card

It should be possible to spawn a read-only session from the model card directly.
A pop-up should open, where only the tool + possible tool extensions are selectable.
If the tool is selected, the version should be fixed. If the tool extension is selected, the user can select from the versions of the tool extension.

The connection method should be selected for the selected tool / tool extension.
