Add CLI to run sessions and to test the tool integration

To simplify testing with a tool, we shall develop a CLI, which spawns the container in a cluster (without a running Collaboration Manager deployment required) and provides the connection URL in the console.
For RDP, port-forward the Pod via the Kubernetes API.

A running kubernetes cluster is required.

On `CTRL + C`, shut down the container and clean everything up (Make sure to add a message that it should not be interrupted).
