Image data preview window SIZE TO FIT

Version 7.x

The image (blob) or 'value' preview subpanel for the 'data' view is a great feature.
There are two four arrow buttons at the top of the panel, Fit Window and Original Size.
Is there a method to make Fit Window persistent across records?
The current behavior causes one to have to select Fit Window for each record reviewed.
Ideally one could make the setting persistent, perhaps with a right mouse click 'sticky' button for example.
