Request: add option to bring back windowed pop-ups

In earlier versions such as 6.2.0, there used to be an option to have a completion message when a file is finished exporting/downloading, which would create the message in its own window and have a clickable button to dismiss it.

In later versions (such as 6.2.4), this windowed pop-up with a clickable button was replaced with a short-lived pop-up that shows next to the results pane. Would be nice if there was an option to switch the message back to a window pop-up as it's then easier to notice when long queries have finished downloading.
