Feature Request: Smooth Scrolling in SQL Editor

It's frustrating for me how jagged / unsmooth it is to scroll through the lines of my query in the SQL Editor. It will sometimes cause me to jump past entire sections and miss parts of the query.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like to see smooth scrolling implemented. Sometimes it starts to seem normal for a bit until I go to another app (Safari, SQLPro, Outlook, Slack, etc., etc., etc.).

I'd love to hear that it's just something I need to change on my end! Using a 2017 MacBook Pro i7 with 16GB RAM and SSD on macOS Mojave 10.14.6. Even if I close all apps, reboot, and open only DBeaver and only one tab, the behavior persists.

After I've already run a large query and worked for a while, it will become much more laggy / delayed and really the scrolling will really get jump and become painful to use.
