Remove Notification area icon

### Description

I'm entering this as a Bug because it's a regression - even though it was an intentional change.

Now DBeaver displays a useless icon in the precious little space of Notification area. Its only right-click menu item is "Show DBeaver" which I can accomplish either by clicking the corresponding Task Bar icon, or using Alt+Tab.

Such notification area icons of other programs include a "Hide icon" option - not DBeaver. Nor did I find any options in Preferences to get rid of it.

Please 1. remove it for good, 2. or give us an option to hide it.
