Add Dolt Database support

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The Dolt database (https://github.com/dolthub/dolt) is a MySQL compatible database with git style version control. Currently you can use dbeaver with Dolt by using a MySQL connection, but it would be nice to be considered a first class supported database.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I intend to add support for Dolt and contribute it as a pull request to dbeaver. (I am a dolt developer).

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Our users can continue to use MySQL connections if no action is taken.
