Query template re-ordering

**Problem:**
My most commonly used template is hard to reach when using ctrl+alt+space, because it was not defined in the beginning of my work with DBeaver, but also there are more recent templates than it in the list.
In short, I have to press the down arrow key many times in order to reach it.

**Feature request:**
In the templates definition page, allow the re-ordering of templates.

**Benefits**
This would greatly improve my mood when using the SQL editor,
It would also improve the life expectancy of my arrow-down key.
