Description
### Description
Clicking "New Database Connection" opens the wizard. The "Select your database" section fails to display the grid of databases.

### DBeaver Version
Community Edition 24.3.2.202501061738
### Operating System
Arch Linux
### Database and driver
N/A
### Steps to reproduce
1. Set the scale to 125%
2. Open DBeaver
3. Click "New Database Connection"
### Additional context
- Tested different scales: 100% and 75% work fine, but 200% has the same issue.
- Same issue occurs on Debian GNOME Wayland with 200% scale.
- Works correctly using Xwayland backend (`GDK_BACKEND=x11`).
- The "Analytical" and "Embedded" categories display normally.
