Improve DBeaver's OpenSSF Scorecard

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Measurement of the OpenSSF scorecard score can be used to establish the likelihood of a supply chain compromise from a dependency. Looking at DBeaver, there are some areas for improvement which (should) be fairly simple to implement.
