Add confirmation about connection change to a list of confirmations so that user could control "Show dialog" and "Confirm" options

When changing parameters of a currently opened connection, a confirmation about reconnection appears.
There is no way to reconnect automatically without accepting Yes/No to a confirmation.
I suggest to add this confirmation to a general list of confirmations (see image below) so that user can confirm automatically without showing a dialog.
You can trigger this confirmation on change of any option in connection properties, for example, Show all databases.
