### Description

Today was the first time I tried using DBeaver on my laptop without being hooked up to my dual 27" monitors. Normally, I run DBeaver on my secondary (right) 27" monitor, large window, in Restore (or Normal) mode, but not Maximized. When I tried launching DBeaver without any external monitors, only the text editing pane was visible. The Database Navigator was off-screen on the left, and all of the menu bars were off-screen at the top. Normally, other Applications will force opening to be full screen or maximized in the case of going from large external to smaller native monitor. I was able to find the Windows shortcut for Maximize + , so I was able to recover. Suggest that if DBeaver window controls would be off-screen on launch to force the top of window to be onscreen or Maximized when launching.

### DBeaver Version

Version 24.1.0.202406021658

### Operating System

Windows 10 Enterprise

### Database and driver

NA

### Steps to reproduce

1) With dual monitors attached, which each have higher resolution that laptop native resolution, open DBeaver
2) Move DBeaver window to the secondary monitor.
3) Resize window such that it is large, but NOT maximized, and the top of the window is near the top of the screen.
4) Close DBeaver, and power down.
5) Disconnect external monitors and any docking station
6) Power on Laptop and login
7) Launch DBeaver
8) Verify that it opens with left and top of window being off-screen and that nothing can be clicked or dragged to bring window controls on-screen
9) Hit + to Maximize the window. Verify menu bars and Navigation pane are now visible
