Shell script doesn't stop from background tasks

### Description

Clicking a cansel button in Background task doesn't stop any shell command that is running from configuring them in Before/After connect settings

### Steps to reproduce

1. Add any command to After connect in shell commands settings for a connection
2. Connect to a database
3. Open Background tasks and click on red cancel button

**Expected:** Shell command stops
**Actual:** Shell command continues to run until it finishes
