New Window is not accessible if there is a modal open in any of the windows.

When I'm exporting one database to another I would like to see and browse the data in the target database.
In order to do that I've tried Window > Open in New Window to open a second instance of DBeaver.
But instances are not interact-able if any of them have an open modal window.

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or a bug.
