Use Data Formatter profiles while exploring data in data editor

We have data format settings where you can create a profile. It is not obvious that this is just editing a data format profile that can only be used in export and not when viewing table data.

I expected the behavior, when I switch the profile in these settings, the data representation should be updated according to it.

Let's allow to select the profile to use it when displaying the data instead of using global profile always.
