Refresh all open tables

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When working with multiple related tables, it's tiresome to always have to switch to and refresh all of them individually to see the changes.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A button and shortcut that refreshes all currently open tables. It could be next to the existing "Refresh result set" button.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Instead of another button, which could be confusing and lead to errors (like accidentally refreshing all the tables), it could be added under "File" the menu entry "Refresh >" with a submenu with both refresh options: "Refresh" and "Refresh All"
