Add a tarball under releases.

Hello, I would like to make a request.
The folks over at [community scripts](https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/discussions/16941) for Proxmox require a tarball to be provided under releases in order to make a helper script (to install as a LXC instead of a Docker Image). Would cloudbeaver be willing to add a tarball release to the repository? Thanks in advance! :)
