[Cloudbeaver] Add the ability to mark connections as favorites

Hi !

It would be very practical, if you have a lot of connections stored in folders and subfolders, to be able to mark connections as favorites and thus find them easily. For example in a favorites folder at the top of the connections list where only these connections will be present and specific to each user.
