Description
If I'd like to execute a command that will have some effect - an UPDATE, INSERT, or DELETE for instance - it would be nice to know how many objects that command is going to affect without actually having any effect. In many CLI tools, this is called a "dry run".
It would be great to see a dry run feature in `mssql-cli`.
